CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens! If an emergency arises and you need to cancel outside of the standard policy window, please text me directly at (470) 624-0758. Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee applies to any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late Arrivals: To ensure the best experience for all guests, I enforce a strict 15-minute grace period. Appointments will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes.
